- 2 to 40 layer count with blind, buried, and micro vias
- FR4, high-frequency, Rogers, ceramic, heavy copper, and polyimide substrates
- Minimum trace/space of 2.5 mil with ±6% impedance control
- Surface finishes: ENIG, HASL (lead/lead-free), OSP, immersion silver, immersion tin
- Maximum board size up to 630 × 1200 mm
PCBA Assembly
Our PCB assembly (PCBA) service provides a seamless transition from bare board to fully assembled and tested product. We offer surface mount (SMT), through-hole, and mixed-technology assembly with the same rigorous quality standards that define our fabrication service.
