How quickly can I get a quote?
Most PCB fabrication and assembly quotes are returned within 2 hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST). For complex multilayer or HDI designs, we may take up to 24 hours to provide a comprehensive quotation. Simply fill out the inquiry form with your Gerber files and specifications, and our engineering team will respond promptly.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no strict minimum order quantity. Whether you need a single prototype for design verification or 100,000 units for mass production, we are happy to support your project. Our quick-turn service can deliver 2-layer prototypes in as fast as 24 hours, with no minimum order requirement for prototype orders.
What files do I need to submit for a quote?
To provide an accurate quotation, we typically need your Gerber files (RS-274X format), drill files, fabrication notes or readme, and any special requirements for materials, surface finish, or impedance control. For PCBA assembly, please also include your BOM (Bill of Materials), centroid/pick-and-place file, and assembly drawings.
Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping options?
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide including the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, the UK, Italy, and across Asia. We partner with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT for international express delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We also support freight forwarder accounts and consolidated shipping for larger production orders to reduce costs.
What quality certifications do you hold?
Linked Electronics is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), IATF 16949:2016 (Automotive QMS), UL, CQC GB8898, CQC GB4588.2, and OHSMS. What payment methods and terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), Western Union, PayPal, and major credit cards. For new customers, our standard terms are 100% payment before production. For established accounts, we offer net-30 terms after a successful qualification period. All transactions are conducted in USD, EUR, or RMB.
