The Parties intend to discuss and explore a potential business relationship or collaboration (the "Purpose") and, in connection with such discussions, may disclose certain confidential information to each other.

• Non-Disclosure: The Recipient agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
• Non-Use: The Recipient agrees not to use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than the Purpose specified in this Agreement.
• Standard of Care: The Recipient shall exercise reasonable care to protect the Confidential Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, employing at least the same level of care as it uses to protect its own confidential information.
• Limited Disclosure: The Recipient may disclose the Confidential Information to its employees, contractors, or advisors who have a need to know for the Purpose, provided they are bound by obligations of confidentiality similar to those in this Agreement.

• This Agreement shall remain in effect from the Effective Date until [Termination Date].
• Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party.
• Upon termination, the Recipient shall promptly return or destroy all copies of the Confidential Information in its possession.

• In the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, the Disclosing Party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available under applicable law.
• The prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in enforcing this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of China.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us, the products you use, and the choices you make. We collect and process personal information about you with your consent and/or as necessary to provide the products you use, operate our business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of our systems and our customers, or fulfil other legitimate interests.

When you register for our services(where applicable) or purchase products, you provide us with the following:

• Your name, profile information, shipping address and billing addresses, payment information, email address, phone numbers, and business name (where applicable).
• When you create an account, you are prompted to create a username and a password. Linked Electronics maintains your username and password (in an encrypted format) inside our secure environment and only uses your information to welcome you back upon your return and personalize your experience on our services.
• The shipping and billing addresses you provided for convenience during future purchases.
• When you contact us;we contact you; or you take part in any of our promotions, competitions, surveys or questionnaires about Linked Electronics’s services, or you engage with us through social media, we may collect:
• Personal data you provide(for example, your name and contact details, including address, phone or email);
• Details of the emails and other digital communications, including any links in them that you access and whether you have opened the communications;
